Tortellini Greek Salad
1 (20 oz) package of pre-made cheese tortellini
1 package grape tomatoes cut in half
1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
1 can of large olives cut in half
1/2 red onion chopped
1 cup of feta cheese
1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your tortellini for only 5-6 minutes. You want the tortellini to have a nice bite to it. Drain the tortellini and set aside to cool off.
2. Once your tortellini has cooled down place the tortellini in a large bowl big enough to fit all of your ingredients. Add tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onion and feta cheese. Combine all of those ingredients together.
3. Pour the Litehouse Greek Dressing over the entire salad and mix well.
4. Garnish with the Litehouse Oregano Fresh Herbs.
This Greek Salad can be made the night before any party and refrigerated up to 24 hours.
