Recipe - Gluten Free - Vegetarian Pizza

From the time my daughter was six months old until now she has had a gluten intolerance. She would always have all of the symptoms after she would try a dinner roll or toast. After speaking with the doctor they told us to limit her gluten intake and try gluten free foods. I found a Freschetta Gluten Free Cheese Pizza in the freezer section at Publix and thought this would give me a great chance to let my daughter Solin enjoy pizza night at our house. I chose to buy the FRESCHETTA Glutten Free Four Cheese Pizza so I can put my own toppings on it. Not only will the pizza be gluten free but the toppings I chose were going to be vegetarian to support my husbands vegetarian lifestyle.
While at the store I grabbed a red onion, button mushrooms, assorted bell peppers and some sliced olives. I sliced everything up and decorated the pizza accordingly:
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and you get a delicious crispy crust that you wouldn't believe is gluten free!
